This 50 page publication covers the history and intriguing facts of America’s (2nd) favorite condiment. Based on the proportions of a typical ketchup packet, this oversized book uses photography and illustration to maintain the viewer’s interest while delivering large amounts of information. The pairing of Helvetica and Baskerville typefaces, modern and traditional, directly relate to ketchup’s 200 year history. Like type, ketchup, has evolved and been refined to suit current tastes.
